By using Slablet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Slablet is a "Daily Log & Memory Extension" provided by Confur Inc. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for uptime and reliability, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

2. AI Disclaimer

Slablet uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries and answer questions. AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that:

• Summaries or answers may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You should verify important information before relying on it.
• Confur Inc. is not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated advice.

3. User Content

You retain full ownership of the notes ("slabs") you create. By using Slablet, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro Plan: Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Generally, we do not offer refunds for partial months, but please contact support if you have a specific issue.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that:

• Attempt to reverse engineer the API.
• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Abuse the AI limits (e.g., automated bot traffic).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
